6 months later she is even more adorable…

6 months ago she was a sweet, sleepy, chubby newborn. Now she is a cute, chubby, silly baby. Oh my I love watching them grow! Jocelyn and family are back, and wonderful as ever. We had a great time chatting, playing trains, and laughing about baby poop. Jocy was once again super cute for me. Even throwing some smiles my way. It was my pleasure photographing her, and her ultra cool big brother.

Kim & Seth thanks for meeting me downtown at the studio. I had a great time catching up with all of you. Your kids are SO over the top cute. I just adored photographing them again. I can’t wait to see what thus summer brings with her turning one! I will have the whole gallery for you very soon. How about we throw down another comment challenge. Another New in 2011

01.24.11

Another change in 2011 are some new additions to the portrait books I offer. I have always offered and LOVED custom designed coffee table books. From family photos to new additions, I love the idea of photos in book form. Well this year things are getting a little bit more creative. After adding some funky & cute designs to my mini wallet books last year I did the same to the coffee table books. They will still be offered in simple and clean designs, but I am also adding some cute more whimsical designs to the mix.

Here is a newborn book I just put together.

Ruby is One!

01.20.11

My how time flies, just yesterday I was taking photos of a sweet little newborn, and then a sparkly eyed 6 month old, I can not believe my favorite little Ruby Girl is One! To celebrate we ran around one of her families favorite haunts McMinnamin’s Kennedy School in NE Portland. I love all the art in that building, a different backdrop everywhere you turn! Ruby was on the GO too. Already walking she was all over the place, and making me work for her sweet smiles. I had a great time playing with her, I am a lucky girl to have such a great job for sure.

Like I said Miss Ruby was all over the place. No sitting with Mom & Dad for me, she was up and interested in my camera.

did I mention she was on the go? We ran outside for a while and she was all over that.

This one cracks me up, I am not sure if she was yelling or trying to eat my camera, but she was enthusiastic.

I dare you not to smile back at this cutie.

We lucked into some cold my decent weather. I loved catching Mary & Chris fiddling with her hat here. Ruby is just soaking in the attention.

Guess who is one…

6 months of cuteness training paid off…

It was almost 3 years ago I started working with the D family. Back then they were a cute new family of 3, just getting used to the little lady that had quickly become the center of their universe. Then I got to capture the family moving to my very own little town with their beautiful new home. And just recently it was my pleasure to capture the newest addition of the lovely miss Ellery! For real, I love these guys. Well the family is back, to celebrate the 6 month mark for little Elle. She was a beautiful newborn, and she has gotten even cuter! I had the two little ladies up to the studio last week and I have to say I am excited to share these! Smiles and giggles all around.

Here are a few of my favorites so far:

These girls are CUTE right!

Little miss E has some seriously sparkling eyes.

Miss Addy turned 3 just a few days after our session. So big already! And look at her smile, heart melting.

Ellery has some delicious toes to go with that sweet smile.

Shhhh don’t tell mom but I might have encouraged someone to jump on the bed.

We also brought out a certain favorite doll.
