Miss Molly is One!

When we started talking about this session I knew this family would be fun to work with. Carley (mom) was open to all my crazy ideas, and gave me tons of room creatively. I LOVE that in a client. She also knows quite a bit about photography as she works in the industry her self. Even with last moment location changes and crazy hot weather we had a great time walking around the  back alleys of our cute small town, talking about teething, food carts and dream jobs. I just love it when I find cool people here in Newberg!

Miss Molly is sweet, smart and over the top adorable. You can tell by her smile and personality this girl is adored by her Mommy & Daddy too. She really lucked out, Daddy’s sweet smile and Mama’s sparkly eyes, this girl is a charmer! And that hair, did I mention she might have the best baby hair since my little redhead?! Well enough of my gabbing on to the images.

Carly & Kevin thanks again for being up for anything and joining me that warm summer night to capture your baby girl. She really is divine. I hope you like the sneak peek! As many of my blog readers know I love a good comment challenge. If you can get 30 people to comment on this little blog post I will hook you up with a set of cute little brag books on the house. So leave some love people!

adorable eva

Eva quite simply was adorable. The moment I walked in she was smiling and super interested in me & the big black clicking thing I kept pointing her way.  So much so that I probably her more close up shots of her than any other baby, she wanted to check out the camera for her self. 🙂 I think we may have a future photographer on our hands! One thing is sure though, she was the perfect subject for me. Spending her time smiling and giving me all kinds of amazing eye contact. She can chew on my lens any time if it gets me beautiful images like the ones below! Her entire family was lovely, fun and up for all my crazy ideas. I am so lucky to have so many great families let me into their homes with free reign of where to shoot. I truly love my job!

Here are a few of my many favorites of our time together:

Ridiculously cute right?! I could have pointed my camera at this baby girl all day. Amanda & Alan thanks again for having me into your home and being up for anything. Your daughter is crazy cute, and you all were a joy to work with. I hope you love the sneak peek. I will have the whole set done here shortly. As you know I love a good blog comment contest. If you can get 30 people to comment on this little post I will throw in a sweet set of little  brag books on the house.

So leave some love friends! You know you want to!

Sweet Smiley Sam

You know it is going to be a great session when the moment you meet your littlest client he is all smiles and giggles. Sam was sweet, adorable and so cute for me. It also helps when the parents are also incredibly lovely, the home is absolutely beautiful and even the family doggie is friendly. Really I have the best clients in the whole world. I had a great time getting to know this little guy, and watching him explore his home with wonder. I mean really, just look down, how could you not fall in love with a smile like his!

Here are a few of my many favorites from our session…

baby J is one!

How is it possible the sweet chubby little baby that it seems I pointed my camera at yesterday is already one?! Time flies with this one, first time it was a newborn session, then for her 6 months, and now little baby J is back on the blog to celebrate her first birthday. The sweet little chubby baby has turned into a smart, funny & fast toddler! Joclyn killed me with her smile and energy, it was really my pleasure to capture her once again. The whole family was awesome too trekking through a few steep trails and marshy areas for me. Thanks for being up for anything guys!

Here are a few of my favorites from our session:

Seth, Kim & kiddos thanks again for trekking into the woods with me! I have just adored getting to know you all this year. Your kids are nothing short of adorable, and you all were great to work with. I hope to see you all again soon and watch your little ones grow even bigger. Thanks again for always being up for any of my crazy ideas! I will have the whole set done here shortly too!

princesses in the sunlight

First time I had my camera pointed their way it was to capture a darling newborn, then they came back for family photos with a sweet pair of curly haired girls. When the M family is back and those girls are even more adorable than ever! This time we shot in the hills near their home that they will soon be moving from. It is always bitter sweet moving, leaving memories but off on a new adventure. I am excited for these guys, and so happy I was able to capture some memories in their old house.

Here are a few of my favorites so far:
