Meeghan + Robert = Love

If I had to describe this session in one word it would be warm.

Not because the beautiful Seattle weather was too warm, in fact it was just perfect, but the couple I worked with. Well they have warmth flowing out of them. Warm hearts, warm smiles, warm hugs. These two exude kindness and warmth.

It was my pleasure to capture Meeghan and Robert on a stunning warm Seattle night. In lieu of a “engagement session” we did an “anniversary” shoot. These two lovelies got married last year, but will be celebrating the big event this summer with a family church wedding and reception here in Portland. I get to photograph that party, and I am excited about it for sure!

We had a lovely time shooting around the Seattle waterfront, dodging some kind of hid-n-seek league, and laughing about interesting charicters both on television and in real life. I dig these two.

David + Jessica for all space and time

Who throws a Dr. Who themed wedding? Awesome people like David & Jessica that’s who!

D & J could not have picked a more beautiful day to have their wedding. It was warm but not too warm, people were having fun and smiles were every where. They had homages to the oh so cool Dr. Who all around the event, but still pulled off a classy affair. I don’t think there was a person in attendance with out a smile on their faces the entire time.

All British sci-fi and smiles aside you can not help but fall in love with these two. They are smart, good looking, and endlessly kind souls. I had such a wonderful time spending the day with these guys and their crew of characters.

waiting for the little Mr.

When Jordan & Jordan do something, they do it beautifully.

When they got engaged we well all kinds of country, when they got married they did it in a romantic & beautiful snow storm. So now we are on to Maternity photos, and as expected they were a joy to work with and capture. Jordan is a stunningly beautiful pregnant mama, she is so photogenic it is crazy. We met up on a warm summer night recently to capture the belly, the love, and the moment in time.

J&J I can not wait to meet this little guy and see your beautiful family all together. Enjoy these photos and this special moment in time. For soon it will all change, and your two will be three, and I can not wait to capture it.

the cuteness is blinding

It is ridicules, that year after year I get to capture the Jaeger Kids.

Ridicules I say!

They are sweet, kind, good looking, and always so good for me. It is always too easy, any day now they are going to turn into crazy beasts I just know it, because they are just too wonderful and adorable right now. Even when they are picking their noses and making fart jokes they are adorable. It should be illegal they level of cuteness to be seen with these two.

I know where they get the cuteness too, it clearly runs in the family. When Mom and Dad wanted to sit this session out I would have none of it, and convinced they to be in a couple images too. I mean really, how could I not photograph the lot of them together.

To say the least, I did these guys the most.

On to the cuteness!

Katie and Tim thanks again for having me out to capture your family, even if I did have to force you guys into some of the images. Your kids are too cute for words. Please find a way to stop them from growing and force them into staying at these adorable ages. 🙂 I’ll be done with the whole set done soon.
