April & Josh: the wedding

I swear, if I could plan a wedding my self (but I don’t I leave it up to the professionals!) I could not have done a better job. April and Josh planned their amazing day from half a country away, but they did a great job finding local vendors and a stunning location to throw one of the most beautiful wine country weddings I have ever had the pleasure of capturing. The whole event was so fun, and so full of love.

It was a beautiful day, the food and flowers were amazing, the music was killer, the entire wedding party was a dream to capture, and of course the lovely bride and groom were awesome. I LOVED this one. 🙂

Who needs some fun family photos in the summer sun?

Any session booked before 8/9/14 and photographed before 9/30/14 will be get $50 off the session fee!

Current clients referring friends and family will also be eligible for a $50 print credit towards any future orders.

Let’s go out and play in the nice weather! Take a stroll in the park or feed ducks at the pond! Before the weather turns and those summer dresses and shorts get packed away, let’s get some warm weather photos!

Rose & Jason: the wedding!

Rose and Jason really are a pleasure to capture. They are sweet, kind, crazy in love and oh so easy on the eyes. They make my job almost too easy. Add in an awesome wedding party, sweet family members and a killer party and it is my kind of wedding!

Not so little Liam

My oh my how the time flies!

It was just the other day we were welcoming little Liam into the world. He was so sweet, and tiny and cute. Then seemingly over night he turned into a busy chunky baby and we had a grand time with him in the studio and the city. For his next session we wanted to do something different and a tad more rural so we went out to my favorite nature preserve for a walk. Liam was adorable as always, full of energy and curiosity wanting to check out all the birds, bugs and fish. I am not sure if if gets much cuter than this little guy and his adoring family.

small town love

I have known Morgan and Jacob for a few years now. The are two of the sweetest, kindest and funniest kids I know. I should also say Morgs happens to also be one of my daughter’s best friends, and “Mr. Jacob” is my son’s own version of a super hero, so to say they are beloved in my household is an understatement.

Morgan is hilarious, spunky, and full of soo much energy she keeps me laughing. Jacob is sweet, kind, patient and surprisingly terrible at making silly faces. These two are awesome.

When I started talking to my friend and their mother about taking over their yearly photo shoot I had tons of ideas for them. In the end we ended up with a cool summer night in a beautiful field of flowers. It was perfect, and so fun to capture the two kiddos I have grown to know and adore. We had a great time giggling, making faces and taking photos.
