Cj, Allie, Frozen Noses & Huge Owels are awesome

This weekend was COLD.

Like really cold, like so cold it took me hours to warm up after my last outdoor shoot, but I regret none of it. Allie & CJ were funny, warm, silly, stylish, witty, and even have great taste in beer. They are my kind of people.

damn my niece is cute

Oh my sister and brother in law are cute too. Especially the super cute bump my sister is rocking, due to be a baby boy in just a few weeks!

I can not wait to meet the baby inside the bump. I know he will be just as photogenic as my darling niece. 🙂

Four is Fun!

I am a big fan of 4 year olds. Having one my self, I know they can be fun, or little darling pains. I know they can cutely smile their way out of almost anything. I know they can be sneaky and smart. And I love every second of it. Four is fun, just old enough to reason with, but still young enough to have that whole magical little kid thing going. It is the perfect age for Christmas morning, magical stories and silly walks in the sun.

I recently got to hang out with a darling family, who happens to have just that kind of 4 year old. We had SO MUCH FUN during our session. I had a great time getting to know all these guys, but little Mr. L stole my heart a little bit.

and baby will make 3

Man I love it when former wedding clients come back to see me, especially when they come back sporting adorable baby bellies!

I worked with Jessica and Ryan last summer on their stunning downtown Portland wedding. It was a beautiful night, and I really loved capturing this sweet coupe on their big day.

Well another big day is coming, in the form of a new baby girl coming into the world. These two will be such amazing parents, and I am so honored they came back to me to capture this special time. 🙂
