sweet baby sophia

Just recently I had the privilege of capturing Danielle & Rob’s maternity session, they are always so lovely to capture.

Well the little family is back, with brand new Sophia! She was such a good girl for me. She is so fun to capture already. I am so looking forward to watching her grow up this year!

And then there were four…

It was just a few short weeks ago I was out on a sunny afternoon capturing a darling family of three.

And now this darling family is back, but with one special addition, a baby brother!

These boys were SO, so lovely for me. Baby brother was chubby and sleepy. Big brother was sweet, gentle and oh so patient. It really was quite ideal.

I could go on and on, but I won’t let’s just skip to the photos!

C & C thanks again for having me into your home to capture your family. Your boys are just so lovely. I am so happy for you all, and look forward to watching your little ones grow.

Camellia Festival 2015

There are many things I love about my home town, one is the Camellia Festival.

The Chehalem Cultural Center does an amazing job every year of celebrating the city of Newberg’s heritage, along with lots of pacific rim related arts, crafts, food, music, and performances. I worked for the center a few years ago, and was so pleased to be asked back to photograph the event.

It was an AMAZING day, filled with so much beauty and detail.

awwww shucks again…

Just catching up with my “kind words” page and raided my thank you card box. I did not realize how many sweet words I had received from clients over the last few months. I feel like I am tooting my own horn, but it always makes me so happy to hear from clients. Photography is kind of a solitary thing Monday through Friday so it is always nice to hear from real live people!
