Kaitlyn & Aaron  make me smile.

Not just a little smile, but the kind of smile that eventually makes your face hurt kind of smile.

You see these two are so sweet, so in love, so kind, so all about family I can not help but smile.

A few examples of how great K&A are:

–  Kaitlyn wore her grandmother’s wedding dress, just like her mother and aunt did on their wedding day.

– When said dress tore at the shoulder in the delicate lace she just laughed and said it was worth it to dance so hard!

– Aaron quite possibly has the best man smile known to human kind. I mean look at it, this is how super heroes smile.

– They had their awesome dog Cedric act as an “usher”.

– When the darling little ring bearer screamed and cried during photos they laughed it off.

– Aaron picked out batman ties for his ring bearer!

– They did not freak out one bit when the rains came the morning of the wedding, and then again during the ceremony.

– Kaitlyn did a full on monster Lady Gaga dance on the dance-floor with her musical theater crew.

– When the Forestry Center had to cancel their firework send off, they went out and bought a ton of glow sticks instead!

– They are simple adorbs, it’s a scientific fact.

The big day was held at one of my favorite venues, the World Forestry Center and hired a stellar Portland Wedding Planner Soiree Special Events. It was an amazing night, and a pleasure to photograph.
