Cute Calder

I had only met one Calder before this little guy. He was also charming, and had a great smile, but this little guy officially wins for cutest Calder. Sorry Lilly, but come on look at this little guy. He was sweet, funny and let me into his little world for our photo playdate. Calder’s entire family was wonderful to work with, and let me into their home like we were old friends. I had a great time with them all. From checking out the garden to walking down to the local store for a snack. It was a lovely morning.

Sometimes it just clicks.

A beautiful baby

A loving & sweet family

A stunning home with great light

And decor & textiles that make you swoon.

Sometimes it just clicks, and this was one of those times.

I met up with the F family to capture baby Arlo in his newborn stage. Being slightly older than my average newborn I did not know how the session would go, but man he was good for me! He is sweet, gentle and over the top adorable. The was also lucky enough to be born into a stunning Portland home filled with good art and fun textures. His room alone made me swoon. 🙂 I am SO looking forward to watching Arlo grow over this year and getting to know his whole family more.

Cute little Claire

Sweet little Claire came to see me in the studio not too long ago, and was a pleasure to point my camera at. She was sweet, sleepy, curled up and above all adorable. I just love newborns, and she is the perfect example of why. Newborns don’t care about my schedule, or about posing for the camera, they just want to sleep, eat and be loved. And really isn’t that what life is really about? Sweet little Claire is a very loved little princess too. Her Mom & Dad were clearly so in love with this little lady, and I could see why.

Here are a few of my favorites from our time together.

Gah those little fog leg booties just kill me! Katie thanks again for coming down to the studio and sharing your sweet little Claire with me. She is a doll, and you all are super sweet together. I had such a nice time just chatting with you all. As a new client I would of course love to offer you a blog challenge. 6 months later he is even more adorable…

I did not think it was possible, but 6 months later baby W is even more adorable. You may remember him from his newborn session here. It was my pleasure to point my camera at him and his family again this fall. We stayed in the studio this time as the weather was kind of yucky, but made it fun. Big brother was super impressed with the train that went by half way through our session, did I mention how adorable he is too? Ok enough of my gushing, on to the sneak peek!

Danielle & family thanks for meeting up again. Your little guys are super adorable, it really is my pleasure to capture them. I will have the whole gallery done very soon!

and then there were 4…

This post makes me so, so very happy. I first met the N family to celebrate a very special little man coming into their lives. I got to capture him as a tiny guy, a bubbly baby and then when he turned one. We got to play again last year in the fall leaves when he was about to turn two. Well the N family is back and with another beautiful baby boy! I am so happy to celebrate with this family yet again with the wonderful addition to their family. Sweet baby boy was so good for me too, gah I could have taken photos of him all day.

Here are a few of sweet baby boy and the family as a whole. I dare you not to smile back. 🙂

Thanks again you guys for introducing me to your new little guy. He is absolute charmer, and seeing N again all big kills me. I am so very happy for you guys! I am excited to see your family again this year as baby W grows. Congratulations again, he is perfection.
