Family Love in Salem

Catherine first contacted me about capturing her two little ones while she was planning a trip to Oregon this summer. She was coming down from Alaska and would be visiting Salem. We chatted back and fourth on options and eventually expanded the session to not just capture her little ones but the entire family extended family! I am not usually one for huge family groups but thees folks were fun. Traveling in from Alaska, Chicago and eastern Oregon you could tell everyone was happy to be in the same place. The little cousins played in the beautiful garden while grandma served some of the best lemonade I have ever sipped. It was a great afternoon.

Catherine thanks again for having me out to Salem to spend time with your family. Your whole crew was lots of fun! If course as new clients I would love to throw down a blog comment challenge. If you can get 30 people to comment on this post I will throw in a set of darling little wallet brag books on the house. They work well for showing off cute grand-kids, just so you know. :) So leave some love people! I know you want to.

on the road again…

Hey there friends & readers. Just an FYI I will be on the road to Seattle this week and out of the office Wednesday & Thursday for the trip. I will be up for a session and meeting, but will have access to email & phone sporadically. If you need me the best bet is to call. 🙂

Have a great week!

sweet Talia is one!

I met Sweet Talia just over a year ago now. She was one of the most alert but calm newborns I have ever had the pleasure of pointing my camera at. I have loved getting to know her family this past year and seeing her grow. When she was 6 months old we also did a session that resulted in one of my all time favorite photos I have taken. You remember her in the amazing purple hat right? Well sweet Talia is back and lovely as ever. This time she talking and almost toddling! She is just as darling as ever, we all had a great time catching up and running around the park. We even brought some of her favorite toys into mix.

Bonnie thanks again for bringing the family up to see me again this year. Your little lady was a pleasure as always, and so big these days! I have loved working with you all and seeing your little lady grow. I hope to see her even bigger and running next year! Since you all did so well the first time, lets do another comment challenge shall we? If you all can get 30 people to comment on this post I will throw in a cute little brag book on the house.

Just one from last weekend’s wedding with the amazing April & Brian at the beautiful Camas Meadows Golf Club.
