what is that big round thing in the sky?!

It’s yellow-ish, brings warmth, and is so pretty. OH ITS THE SUN!

It’s that time of year again when us Oregonians shed our fleece layers and venture out into the sun. Don’t over do it forget your sunscreen kids! Our family celebrated the pretty warm weather by doing a little gardening last night as you can see by the big smiles and dirty hands.

I LOVE this beautiful weather, and shooting out in it! Now is the time of year to start setting up summer portrait sessions! I have lots of fun ideas for beautiful outdoor sessions this year. If you are interested let me know asap, prime spots on the calender (weekends) will fill up fast.

the baby in the orange chair is back!

If you are a long time blog reader you might remember a certain uber cute baby in a bright orange chair from almost 2 years ago. She actually still graces my header some times. Well miss cute orange chair is back, and she is now a big sister! It is over the top adorable how much these two love each-other! I got to hang out with the whole family again to celebrate little sister’s first birthday. Little sis is just as adorable as her elder sister, and may even have more spunk if that is possible. Oh and sparkly eyes run in the family, I swear no photoshopping!

I had a great time seeing the whole family again and capturing the love & fun they share. We even lucked into some amazingly warm May weather!

Murielle thanks again  for having me into your home to capture your beautiful family. Your little girls are stunning and so sweet, I hope you love these as much as I do. 1, 2, 3, 4 tell me that you love me more…

First there was a bump, then there was a curly haired newborn, then a toddler full of personality. Another year then a he was sweet faced little dude of 2 years, and now there is not only a big boy of 3, but another bump!  This little family of 3 is about to be a family of 4! I can not tell you how freaking excited I am to meet Jaxon’s little sister in a few months! The whole family was darling as usual, I really have the best clients in the entire world. We met up at one of my favorite local state parks and ran around as usual. Jaxon is sweet, kind and as adorable as ever. I could eat him up, his little sister has allot of cuteness to live up to!

Sydney’s Fanclub

Just before Christmas I received  very sweet phone call. The call was from a local great-auntie looking for a last moment gift certificate. Over the phone she described an lovely family, she said Sydney is nothing short of adorable, with two sweet loving parents and adoring grandparents. I was excited to finally meet the family this spring! We had a great time doting on little miss Sydney, and talking about how fast babies grow. She is one now, and toddling too!
