the sweetness of three

I knew after the maternity session this would be a few special newborn session. You see baby Ophelia was born to one of the sweetest, kindest and loving couples I have ever had the pleasure of capturing. This is one loved baby girl! She was so good for me the day of the session, so sleepy & curly. We had a great time chatting about all things baby, poop & sleeping. I can not wait to see this baby grow.

On to the baby photos right!

Heather & Kevin thanks again for trusting me to capture these early days of your family. your little girl is just darling, and you all are so sweet together. I will have the whole gallery done here shortly. For now I would love to offer you a little blog challenge. If you can get 30 people to comment on this post, I will throw in a darling set of brag books. So leave some love people!

have I mentioned I have awesome colleagues?

have I mentioned I have awesome colleagues?

Not too long ago I talked my awesome & talented friend Alicia, well her darling bump turned into a beautiful little girl not too long ago. Just like her mama, she is beautiful, strong, opinionated and very, very feisty. Sweet Emona made me WORK for it, but I loved it. I love the strong girls, even if it does make for a bit more work. As usual I had fun working with the whole family, and can not wait to see this family grow. 🙂

On to the cute baby photos already right!

Alicia thanks again for trusting me to capture your growing family. I can not wait to see your babies get even bigger and more fun. I see lots of dinosaur games and bug catching adventures in your future. We have to get the kids together soon, once the madness of all things wedding season calms down. 🙂

10 years ago it was me with the white dress on…

How is it my 10 year anniversary?!

I am not nearly old enough to say that right?!

Well it is true. 10 years ago today I married my partner in crime, my best friend & my soul-mate.  Ten years, 2 kids, 2 houses and many, many construction projects later I still love that man. I am a pretty lucky lady

Happy 10 years baby! I love you to bits.

Megan & Michael: the wedding!

Some times clients become friends, it just happens. After Skypeing, many joke filled emails, a super fun engagement session & a few phone calls I showed up at Megan & Michael’s wedding. I came to work, but felt like I was capturing old friends. I just adore these two. They are smart, wickedly funny, and so deeply in love with each other.  As always they were great in-front of the camera, and just fun to hang out with.

We had such a great time getting to know all of their friends and family. The day could definitely be described as warm, not just in temperature but in the feeling you got from the whole crew. Warm hearts all around, with no shortfall of love & warm wishes for the couple. It takes a village to put on a wedding, and this village was awesome. We tromped all over Silver Creek Falls State park, took some beautiful images and had a warm & wonderful day.

Michael & Megan also did a wonderful job choosing local vendors to carry out their special day:

Stunning Venue: Silver Creek Falls State Park

Ahhmazing Cake: Haute Cakes

Beautiful Flowers: Three Stems Flowers Silverton

Delish Food: Wild Pair Catering

Killer Band: Old Circle Band

Lovely Ladies Hair: Visions Salon

So enough yacking already, on to the photos right!

Megan & Michael, thanks again for having us our to capture your big day! I had such a lovely time working with all of you. I hope you have enjoyed your sneak peek. I have so many more coming your way very soon. Friends & family please leave a comment below if you would like to be emailed when the entire gallery is ready!
