brand new cutness

Oh spring time, it’s the time for new beginnings and new life. So of course it is baby boom season around here. 😉

Just a few short weeks ago I got to hang out with one of the most adorable little newborns I have worked with to date. Little lady was sweet, sleepy, and oh so charming for me. It seems like just yesterday I was working with her mom on her maternity session, and now I’m finishing off her newborn session!

Oh to the images shall we, I can not wait to share this one…

Marrisa & Tyler’s Eugene Wedding Published!

I am not going to lie, it is SO fun to see my work published in the printed form. There is something about holding a magazine in your hands and seeing photographs that you took that is just rad. When I got the news that Eugene Weddings Magazine wanted to publish images from Marissa & Tyler’s super fun downtown Eugene wedding I was thrilled. It was such a great event, and so fun to capture. Here are a few spreads from the magazine.

Just had to share these two

I was honored to capture this special baby bump last night.
Not only do I love maternity sessions in general, but this one was special as I have known these two for many years. This bump makes my heart and lens oh so happy.

Jeanie & Arturo are the most fun

It all started in NE Portland at Mississippi Studios. Boy meets girl at live music concert, and they fall in love over good music and witty banter. Years later they decide to make it official and hire witty photographer, said witty photographer drags adorable couple back to the scene of the crime and takes many, many photos.

I adore said witty couple. 🙂

Jeanie and Arturo have the perfect mixture of whit, charm, and style. They fit in perfect on NE Mississippi between all the great music venues, hispter taco shops, and local boutiques. We had so much fun walking the street, laughing at wedding planning silliness, and getting to know each-other.

Like I said I adore these guys.

On to the photos!

J&A thank you so much for spending the evening with me, and showing off your hood. I loved getting to know you guys better and hanging out. I can not wait for your wedding day, I just know it will be killer!
