Hike it Baby!

A couple weeks back it was my pleasure to help run a mini workshop for a local Hike It Baby group. If you don’t know about them, HIB is a group of parents who is an organization dedicated to getting families together and out into nature. I have participated in a few of the local hikes, and they are always a great time!

This hike we talked a lot about photography fundamentals, and techniques to work with kids. I don’t know if it was helpful to the parents who came, but I certainly had fun!

How beautiful is this little lady.

Last week it was my pleasure to spend time with, and capture this sweet family. Leila was such a good girl for me too. Sleepy, and sweet! I could have photographed her all day!

A family session at the art museum!

Yes that is right, we did this session at the Portland Art Museum and it was amazing! You have to be a little brave to bring a two year old into an art museum, but oh my was it worth it! We had a grand time catching up, talking about art and babies. I am so looking forward to meeting little sister in just a few weeks!

Oh man, so many cute baby girls this month!
This little lady made me work for it, but oh man the cuteness was intense!

Another set of beautiful sisters.

Man I am one lucky newborn photographer! This family was a joy to work with, and makes some beautiful babies. I had a blast with these guys, and can not wait to see these little ones grow.
