Over the last few months I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with Portland’s own Radio Diva on her maternity & newborn photo sessions. I have had a blast to say the least. Daria is one of a kind, so of course when the station called and asked if I would be interested in doing some promo shots for her show I jumped at the chance. Daria, Mitch & Producer Ted together equal Portland’s best afternoon radio show. It is no secret I am a fan of the show, when stuck in afternoon traffic they have kept me from road rage many a time. I had a feeling working with the whole team would be fun, and boy was I right.
So after discussing the set up, we agreed to meet at Portland’s own Mt. Tabor park and take some fun evening shots. We did a good mix of group & single photos. I could show you all a million, but here are a few of my favs so far:

Seriously these three are just as smart/funny/sweet in person.

The lovely Daria (who looks amazing for just having a baby right!)

The adorable Mitch

The wickedly funny Ted.

We also had a little fun with the kids, well Daria & Ted’s kids, Mitch stuck with some greenery.

A few more head shots.

we also lucked into some pretty sunset light, these might be my favorite of the whole set.

did I mention that we laughed allot that night? Uh yeah we did.

After we got plenty of the head shots & group shot we did one of the whole motley crew. We had to get a few with Ted’s wife Jordy & Dallas who were hanging with the kiddos while we shot. Little Mr. Xander was all tucked into Daddy’s chest so we let him be.
I love my job, I work with some amazingly beautiful children, I am very lucky. I have had the pleasure of capturing Daria’s little guy Xander who is the cutest and I adore him. But that night I got to meet Ted’s little one Evangeline. She is nothing short of stunning. While we were waiting for the whole crew to get there I got to snap a few of the little diva. She is just too lovely not to share.

Please note Dad & Baby’s matching shirt dress, how cute is that! And Ted’s wife Just as lovely.
So there you have it. An insanely long post, with many many more to come. Daria, Mitch & Ted thanks again for trekking out in the heat for the session. I will have the whole huge gallery for you very soon! I hope you can use some from our fun evening on your new website.
