It has taken a few days as my NYE was spent capturing an amazing wedding, and the following day was spent recouping & catching up on sleep & email.

So today it was time to take a look back on 2011. It was such an amazing year. So many people came in front of my lens, and it really was my honor to capture so many weddings, couples, babies and families. Plus quite a few head-shots, non-profit events and even a bridal show.We  added in a studio space early in the year, and even changed logos and looks this year.

It really was just a fantastic year. I want to thank each and every one of you for your love ans support for emily g photography. This business really is an extension of my self and my family, and all of you friends, family and clients help me do what I love. THANK YOU!

Here are my favorites for 2011. I tried to pull at least one photo from each session. I hope I did not miss anyone!

I know we are still packing up holiday decorations, and thinking about NYE plans, but now is the time to start thinking about Valentines Day…

yet again this year I will be doing a pre-valentines day boudoir event. The date I am holding as of now is Saturday January 28th, if needed I may add in the Friday prior or add another weekend if it books up… so let me know now if you are interested!

As much as I love weddings & babies I also love doing boudoir work. Something about making a woman feel beautiful and sexy makes me stoked every time!

This weekend I had the pleasure of working with 4 ladies that booked together. You see these 4 have known each other for almost 10 years and wanted to celebrate how beautiful they all are.  I was so stoked when they told me their plans to celebrate and embrace their bodies and womanly curves. Each lady brought some fierce & sexy energy to the studio, and we had a great time! Here are a few “safe for blog” images I wanted to share.

Gah this day was so fun! Ladies thanks again for bringing me into your circle for the day! I just adored spending time with all of you, I hope you love the sneak peek.

I had a great time shooting some fun & saucy images for her special gift. I just had to share a few of the “blog friendly” images. You can bet there are some awesome “for his eyes only” ones too. :)

Husband to be is a hockey fan, so we had to get the jersey out.

Monica is such a beautiful girl, I am totally jealous of her wedding photographer in Austin, TX!

All of my brides are awesome, but Anna really was a rockstar! Well I was overjoyed when Anna contacted me to hook up a little something special for her & Matt’s first anniversary. Boudoir sessions are some of my favorite sessions to do, especially with rocken former brides.

Mrs J knows pin up style, she had the hair, the make up, the lingerie even the accessories! We had a blast doing a glam pin up session, all in the comforts of her own home.

Where to shoot, what to wear, what poses she likes etc. When we finaly met it was like hanging out with an old friend! I just adored Miss E and her friend (who came for support & chit chat). We had a great time laughing, talking and shooting some hot photos.

Miss E is fantastic. She also made my job WAY easy as she is completely a knock out.  Seriously, she is a dead ringer for Winonah Ryder.
