    oh baby boy cuteness

    GUSH

Baby boys like this little guy make me seriously miss my own little guys early days. Meet Sammy, he was such a doll for me. Sammy is very, very loved. Sam comes with a gorgeous big sister, and super adorable mom & dad. This little guy has is made I tell ya. Seeing him & his big sister all snuggled up again made me think of my own little beasts. I even had a chance to take a few of her while Sam had a little snack & a change. I had such a fun time with this little lad and the whole family. We talked about siblings, big sisters, working from home and lots about Oregon weddings. Oh did I mention his super talented Mama also edits one of the best wedding mags in town? Yeah it was a wonderful session.

Here are a few of my many favorites so far.

Alisa thanks again for trusting me to capture your darling family. I had a great time meeting all of you. Your children are over the top adorable. I hope you enjoyed your sneak peek. I will have the whole set for you shortly!

    the sweetness of three

I knew after the maternity session this would be a few special newborn session. You see baby Ophelia was born to one of the sweetest, kindest and loving couples I have ever had the pleasure of capturing. This is one loved baby girl! She was so good for me the day of the session, so sleepy & curly. We had a great time chatting about all things baby, poop & sleeping. I can not wait to see this baby grow.

On to the baby photos right!

have I mentioned I have awesome colleagues?

Not too long ago I talked my awesome & talented friend Alicia, well her darling bump turned into a beautiful little girl not too long ago. Just like her mama, she is beautiful, strong, opinionated and very, very feisty. Sweet Emona made me WORK for it, but I loved it. I love the strong girls, even if it does make for a bit more work. As usual I had fun working with the whole family, and can not wait to see this family grow. :)

On to the cute baby photos already right!

Alicia thanks again for trusting me to capture your growing family. I can not wait to see your babies get even bigger and more fun. I see lots of dinosaur games and bug catching adventures in your future. We have to get the kids together soon, once the madness of all things wedding season calms down. :)

    and then there were 3

With parents like Monica & Jordon I knew baby Andrew would be sweet, adorable, and probably give me at least a little bit of a hard time. You see not only are Mom & Dad former wedding clients, I now call them friends. I adore these two, and their hilarious energy. Little Andre did not disappoint. He is so darling, but of course took some work to get to sleep. I think he knew how much fun we were all having just hanging out with him. Once we got him down he was a perfect little dude for me. Here are some of the many, many images we took that day…

M&J thanks again for having me out to capture your darling little guy. I just adore him, and loved seeing you all together as a family. I can not wait to see him get bigger and how his personality develops. I expect a darling little goofball of course. I am again so happy for you all! I hope he is letting you sleep, and when the time comes to get out of the house for cold beverages you let us know. I think my husband would like to talk your ear off again sometime soon.:)

Oh and of course you remember the blog challenges right?! If you can get 30 people to comment on this here post I will throw in a darling little set of brag books on the house. So… you know what to do…

its a small (and super cute) world…

Ok first of all I have to say what a small, small word this is. The lovely & adorable Niemeyer family found me via a photographer friend who was (lucky for me) out of town theĀ  month of their newest babe’s birth. During our session we found out I have captured at least 2 of Dad’s colleagues families, one of Mom’s colleagues and a dear family friend of theirs is also one of my closest photographer friends in the Pacific NW. Ha what a small, small world. Beyond all of our funny and ever growing connections, I just adored working with this family. Their two older kids were sweet, funny and extremely well behaved. Baby girl was a darling and just a strikingly beautiful infant. Mom & Dad were also lovely, and great to work with. Over all I am so pleased with this session and our results. I could go on, and on, but lets get to the photos shall we!

Here are a few of my many, many favorites so far:
