Today we celebrate the wonderful fathers in our lives! We are lucky to have a great “Papa” (Grandpa) around to help/mentor/save the day when a mouse dies in the laundry room, as well as Super Daddy aka my sweet/supportive/handsome hubby. We are truly lucky in the Father department!
In our house we are celebrating with pancakes, gardening and BBQ. What are you all up to?

I love it when families return year after year, especially when they come back with new additions. I started photographing a hansom little boy with big brown eyes when he was just over 6 months old, then he was a cute little crawler, then last year a fast & sweet toddler. Well he is back again, and such a big boy & new big brother. Clearly this family makes cute kids as his sister instantly stole my heart as well. Little sister was just adorable and by far the smiliest newborn I have ever seen. She was just adorably sweet all around!
It was my pleasure to photograph this new family of 4 and meet this new little lady. Here are a few of my favorites so far:

For real, I LOVE my job. As much as I love weddings & babies I also love doing boudoir work. Something about making a woman feel beautiful and sexy makes me stoked every time!
This weekend I had the pleasure of working with 4 ladies that booked together. You see these 4 have known each other for almost 10 years and wanted to celebrate how beautiful they all are. I was so stoked when they told me their plans to celebrate and embrace their bodies and womanly curves. Each lady brought some fierce & sexy energy to the studio, and we had a great time! Here are a few “safe for blog” images I wanted to share.

It really is baby boom time here at emily g photography! Meet Miss Sami, she was 4 weeks old when we had our session, a tad older than I usually shoot, but man was she good for me! Sami is just adorable, her lips, her little toes, her perfect little face, oh man this girl is going to be stunning! Not a shocker when you see her beautiful mama & handsome papa. The whole family was great to work with!

Suzy thanks again for contacting me and welcoming me into your home. Your little lady is just beautiful. It was great meeting all of you and spending time with the pups too! I have a few favorite blogs that you can check out on my “inspiration & resources” page. I try to keep it updated with my favorite blogs, sites, and just plane cool local vendors. I am always looking for fun new sites to add to my blog reader page. When you are in the industry you must keep up right! At least that is what I tell my self when I spend way too much time pouring over wedding blogs & sites lol!
