When Erin contacted me a few weeks back to schedule a maternity session I know we were going to get along. She had that perfect balance of excitement and giggles. We arranged to meet up at her in law’s house and celebrate her perfectly round belly. We had a great time talking about babies, bellies, and taking some cute photos.

Here are a few of my favorites so far:

Check these two out, aren’t they the cutest!

I love this series of Terrie laughing. :)

She is so beautiful right!

I love this one, it might be my favorites so far.

These two are so lovely, no shortage of love here.

After a while of shooting inside we ventured outside.

We lucked out with some beautiful weather for these two.

And one last set of the happy couple and beautiful belly.

Erin thanks again for having me out. I had a great time with you guys, I hope you like your sneak peek. I can not wait to capture your sweet baby! I will have the whole gallery for you soon. :)

no shortage of cuteness here

It was just a few short weeks ago I was photographing a beautiful belly adorned with henna, now I am back to show off the even more beautiful result!

Meet Michael, he is nothing short of adorable. A sweet little guy, that of course did not want to sleep for me, but was quit chill in front of the camera.

Clearly he is very comfortable in the arms of his beautiful mama.

Oh that sweet face, and those beautiful eyes.

After a little bit of playing and a bit more milk from mama he crashed out for us. I love that little milk mouth.

Check out his hat, great right! Terrie got it in her travels to Peru, it fit him perfectly.

His teeny tiny hands were moving the whole session, I had to capture them at rest when I could. :)

I also love capturing the little baby bits. Oh those lips!

We also had to break out the tie-die. Micheal’s parents are frequent visitors of the country fair, and his daddy his a big love of all things tie tied.

I love the contrast of the sleeping baby and the bright colors. :)

Once he was out he was SO good for me.

He even had some time in Daddy’s arms.

And of course we had to get a few of the whole family. We had more planned, but about 2 seconds after this one was taken little dude peed all over Mommy & Daddy. Just to make sure we all knew who was in charge clearly.

just before the spray, I got a few more of mother and son. I have to admit these are always my favorite. I just LOVE how this one turned out. His sweet little face just soaking up some love from his mama. Terrie you two are so beautiful together. :)

Terrie and Patrick thanks for having me back into your home. I just adored spending time with your little guy, he really is perfection. I hope you like your sneak peek. I will have the whole gallery up for you soon! And of course I would love to throw down a blog challenge for you all. If you can get 25 people to comment on this blog post I will throw in a couple darling little wallet brag books for you. They tend to work well when showing off a certain little guy. :)

Erica & Mike the wedding!

As promised, I am back to show off more of Erica & Mike’s awesome wedding. It is no secret I adore these two, and it was my honor to capture their wedding last month on a beautiful Oregon  fall day. The wedding was quite an event, and we even scored some stunningly clear weather! Erica looked amazing in her mother’s dress for the ceremony, and then in her own cute cocktail dress for the reception. Mike looked dapper in his own right in his suit and best ever groom’s shoes. Even Baby Banks rocked the fancy duds. The wedding it’s self was the perfect mix of tradition and laughter as Banks ran in and out of the ceremony, as only a 1 year old can. I had a great time with all the family and guests, every single one seemed to be having a great time chatting, watching the amazing accapella performances, and noshing on delicious pie.  All in all it was a great day!

Here are a few of my favorite images so far:

Erica and Mike, thanks again for having me out to capture your day. It was so fun to meet all of your friends and family in real life! You two throw a great party. Friends and family, if you would like access to the whole gallery when it is up please do leave a comment below!
